FIELD DESKTOP ENGINEER – JOB DESCRIPTION Company: M Intergraph Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview M Intergraph Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Desktop Engineer with strong hands-on hardware experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops. • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, etc. • Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. • Provide on-site technical support to clients/users. • Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, drivers, and basic networking issues. • Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.



• Maintain proper records of service requests, repairs, and equipment. • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues. Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of experience as a Desktop Support / Hardware Engineer / Field Engineer. • Strong hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting is mandatory. • Valuable knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals. • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel to client locations within Bangalore. Preferred Profile Candidates with strong field support and hardware troubleshooting experience will be preferred
