Company Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Records & Ledgers: Maintain daily transaction records, general ledgers, and handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in line with contractual terms.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Collections & Follow-ups: Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up professionally with clients on overdue balances.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income/cash flow statements) and month-end routines (accruals, prepayments).
- Compliance & Audits: Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and provide documentation for internal/external audits.
