This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from content planning and ideation to designing, scheduling, publishing, and maintaining social media accounts.

What You'll Do

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms for clients.

Create and maintain monthly content calendars.

Ideate content based on the client's brand, audience and objectives.

Design social media posts, carousels, stories and other creatives using Canva or similar tools.

Write or assist with captions, copy and CTAs.

Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar.

Ensure all content is delivered and published on time and consistently.

Research competitors, trends, hashtags and relevant content formats.

Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers for content production.

Review published content and make necessary corrections or improvements.

Track basic social media performance and identify content that performs well.

Maintain organized content files, calendars and client assets.

Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute recent ideas for improving client pages.

What We're Looking For

Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.





Comfortable using Canva for designing social media content.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to manage deadlines and follow a content schedule.

Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Own laptop is required.

What You'll Get

Compensation

₹2,000 – ₹6,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and level of involvement.

Location: Mumbai / Goregaon East preferred

Work Mode: Primarily Work From Home, with occasional in-person requirements depending on client/project needs.
