Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commis 1,2,3 to join our team and oversee the preparation of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have expertise in baking techniques, a passion for creativity, and the ability to manage daily bakery operations.

Job Description:

· Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.

· Develop and test new recipes to expand the Pastry menu.

· Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders as needed.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

· Supervise and train junior bakers and kitchen staff.

· Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of baked items.

· Manage baking schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.

· Decorate and finish baked goods using various techniques and tools.





· Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing strategies.

· Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences.

Job Specifications:

· Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

· Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
