RolesAssistant Business Development Manager (ABDM) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

- Generate leads and identify current business opportunities.
- Build relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and project/site visits.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to achieve order closures.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams for customer requirements.
- Develop the local market and identify new projects and business opportunities.

Corporate Marketing Head

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the Ricardo Elevators brand.
- Plan and manage digital, social media,



and corporate marketing activities.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across markets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth and marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing campaigns, content, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and marketing performance.
- Candidate ProfileExperience in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel as required.
- Experience in Elevators, Real Estate, Construction, or Building Materials will be an advantage.
- For Corporate Marketing Head, experience in corporate branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing strategy will be preferred.
