DVGR Precisions is looking for an experienced EDM Spark Operator to join our team.

Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate die-sinking EDM machines
- Align electrodes, fixtures, and workpieces
- Adjust machining parameters such as voltage, current, spark gap & flushing
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a tool room/manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of micrometers, calipers & other measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality
