We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, running paid campaigns, and driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage social media calendars and campaigns.

- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments,

- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, sales teams, and management to create impactful campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and marketing partners.
- Increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and qualified leads through organic and paid strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
