We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and hygienic Kitchen Helper to assist our kitchen team with daily food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen operations. The candidate should be willing to learn, work efficiently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the cook in preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.

Support daily preparation of Maharashtrian snacks and food items.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Wash and clean utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Arrange and store ingredients properly.

Assist with food packing and takeaway orders.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Manage kitchen waste and maintain an organized workspace.

Help with stock arrangement and inform the supervisor about low supplies.

Support other kitchen activities as required.

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Willingness to work as part of a team.
