Job Responsibilities

- Order Picking: Read incoming digital orders and collect items from dark store shelves.
- Quality Check: Inspect products for damage and verify expiry dates.
- Scanning & Sorting: Use handheld barcode scanners to track inventory and sort items by delivery route.
- Packing: Safely pack and seal orders to prevent damage or spillage during transit.
- Stock Management: Help unload incoming shipments and keep shelves organized.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Age Limit: Generally 18 to 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum 10th-pass (or below 10th for select dark store locations).
- Gender Preference: Predominantly male candidates for dark store operations.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (0 to 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience is a plus).
- Language:



Basic communication skills; heavy English fluency is generally not mandatory.

Compensation & Work Details

- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month (plus ESI, PF, and occasional bonuses like joining or migrant bonuses around ₹5,000 depending on the specific drive).
- Work Hours: Typically 9-hour shifts per day (including breaks), 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Shift Types: Rotational shifts (including afternoon and night shifts).
- Work Mode: In-store / warehouse operations (no field travel required).
