Clinic Assistant – PMU Clinic

About the Role:

Esthetica by Dr. Shangavi, a premium Permanent Makeup (PMU) Clinic & Academy in JP Nagar, is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and well-groomed Female Clinic Assistant to support Dr. Shangavi and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

This role involves clinical assistance, client hospitality, maintaining hygiene, organising the workspace, and providing general operational support. We are looking for someone who is proactive, disciplined, and willing to take responsibility for different tasks as needed.

Please note: Daily morning cleaning and sweeping are handled by a dedicated housekeeping staff member. However, the Clinic Assistant is responsible for keeping the workspace clean, neat, and organised throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Assistance

- Assist Dr. Shangavi during procedures and treatments.
- Prepare the required materials and equipment before procedures.
- Support the smooth and efficient flow of clinical operations.

2. Sterilisation & Hygiene

- Clean, sterilise, and prepare clinical tools and equipment after every procedure.
- Follow hygiene and sterilisation protocols strictly. Complete training will be provided.
- Keep treatment rooms, workstations, and the surrounding workspace clean and organised throughout the day.

3. Client Hospitality & Patient Care

- Welcome clients warmly and ensure they have a comfortable experience.




- Arrange refreshments and attend to client needs whenever required.
- Explain post-procedure aftercare instructions clearly, following the doctor's guidance.

4. Clinic Materials & General Support

- Be willing to visit nearby shops to purchase clinic materials, supplies, refreshments, or other essentials whenever required.
- Ensure necessary materials are available on time for procedures and daily operations.
- Assist with organising supplies and keeping materials properly arranged.
- Take responsibility for additional tasks required for the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Requirements : Female candidates only.

- Must be exceptionally neat, well-groomed, hygienic, disciplined, and professional.
- Positive communication skills and a friendly, client-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn clinical assistance and sterilisation procedures.
- Must be proactive, punctual, responsible, and willing to help wherever needed.
- Must be comfortable handling different day-to-day responsibilities, including purchasing essentials from nearby shops.
- Preferred: Candidates residing within 3 km of JP Nagar, Bangalore.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, salon, or hospitality role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
