MIS Executive – Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

- Job Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare performance, sales, operational, and management reports.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate reports as required by management and other departments.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of all required reports.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis will be an advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
