Airtel Sales Executive / Sales Promoter– Responsibilities
* Promote and sell Airtel products and services such as Prepaid SIM, Broadband, Wi-Fi, and other telecom services.
* Approach customers and understand their requirements.
* Explain plans, offers, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
* Convince customers to purchase suitable Airtel products.
* Generate new leads through field visits, direct customer interaction, and referrals.
* Assist customers with SIM activation, broadband/Wi-Fi enquiries, and basic documentation.
* Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide proper follow-up.
* Submit daily sales and lead reports to the supervisor.
