Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team. Candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences and ensuring smooth restaurant and outlet operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage guest seating, table allocation, and reservations.
- Explain menu items, food and beverage options, and ongoing promotions.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Ensure timely service and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Assist with billing, upselling, and suggestive selling.
- Support daily outlet operations and coordinate with team members.
- For senior roles, guide junior staff and support service coordination.




- Eligibility & RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in restaurants, pubs, bars, breweries, hotels, or other hospitality outlets is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Role RequirementsTrainee Customer Associate: Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
- Customer Associate: Experience in guest service is preferred.
- Senior Customer Associate: Relevant F&B; experience and the ability to guide junior team members.
- Hostess: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage guest greetings, reservations, and seating arrangements.
