Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and execution work at project sites, ensuring quality, timely completion, and smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and interior execution work.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other workers.
- Monitor project progress, material usage, and workmanship quality.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Maintain site reports and provide regular project updates to management.
- Ensure proper material handling and adherence to site safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and the design team whenever required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction.
- Basic understanding of interior execution, drawings, and site measurements.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and handle multiple site activities.
