We are seeking an experienced Food Technologist / Formulation Specialist to develop and optimize protected, high-quality, great-tasting, and cost-effective protein and nutrition supplements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop formulations for whey protein isolate, whey concentrate, plant protein, and other nutritional supplements.

- Select raw materials, flavours, sweeteners, enzymes, and functional ingredients.

- Optimize protein content, taste, solubility, texture, and cost.

- Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batches, and stability and shelf-life studies.

- Troubleshoot formulation issues such as clumping, foaming, poor solubility, and off-flavours.

- Evaluate raw materials, supplier COAs, and product specifications.

- Develop nutrition facts, formulation sheets, SOPs, and R&D; documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations.

- Coordinate with QC/QA and production teams to scale up formulations for commercial manufacturing.
