- Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field visits, references, and local networking.
- Visit colleges, institutes, offices, and other locations to find suitable candidates.
- Explain job opportunities, salary packages, and interview details to candidates.
- Screen candidates and collect resumes and basic information.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and HR teams.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Ability to travel locally for field recruitment.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
