? What You Will Do

Lead & Mentor: Coach your team daily on pitch quality, objection handling, and closing deals.

Drive Numbers: Own the team's weekly and monthly admission conversion targets.

Optimize Funnels: Monitor call quality, track lead response times, and manage CRM pipelines.

Close the Big Deals: Step in to handle high-value admissions and resolve student/parent escalations.
