we are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp and other sources.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer details and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Required Skills
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Hindi and Gujarati communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
