We're looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoor Cook to join our kitchen team.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, kebabs, and other grilled dishes.
Handle charcoal tandoor operations.
Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Manage marination, preparation, and portion control.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in tandoor cooking.
Knowledge of charcoal grilling and marination techniques.
Ability to work independently.
Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
