3K Hospitality presently runs The Konkan on St. Marks Road, Bangalore. We are opening a recent breakfast café in Central Bangalore focused on continental breakfast plates, sandwiches and limited South Indian dishes.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced chef to lead our morning and midday food service. In this role, you will have to manage the breakfast line, from egg orders to gourmet sandwiches and continental breakfast plates.

Salary Bracket

25-30K per month

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and designing the menu

- Handling daily produce, meats, prepare sauces and spreads for the day

- Ensure food prep and presentation as per standards

- Overall quality control, maintenance of consistency and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements

- Inventory management,



ordering supplies and checking food costs and coordination with manager for stock orders

- Staff training and tracking performance

Required Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience preparing continental breakfast dishes, including all styles of eggs

- Ability to work early morning kitchen shifts on a full-time basis

Preferred

- Experience planning and designing breakfast and midday menus for a cafe or restaurant

- Experience handling daily produce and meats, including preparing sauces and spreads

- Experience managing food preparation, presentation standards, and kitchen hygiene and safety compliance

- Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs

- Experience training kitchen staff and monitoring their performance
