Manju Groups is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers and promote the company's real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, following up with prospects and converting leads into sales opportunities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

- Explain the company's real estate projects, property details, pricing and payment plans to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and follow-ups.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Handle customer queries and provide relevant project information.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.





- Update customer information and call status in the CRM or company database.

- Follow up with existing leads and inactive customers to generate business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

- Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to management.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.

- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service.

- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
