We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our School Bus Tracking Application for Parents to schools, school management teams, and other relevant decision-makers.

Our application helps parents track school buses in real time, monitor bus movement, and stay informed about their children's school transportation.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting schools, explaining the application benefits, scheduling demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to schools, principals, school administrators, and management teams.
- Promote the School Bus Tracking Application for Parents.
- Explain the app's features, benefits, and subscription or pricing plans.
- Highlight key selling points:
- Real-time school bus tracking.
- Better visibility of bus arrival and departure.
- Improved communication between schools and parents.
- Zero setup cost, as per the applicable offering.
- Integration with existing GPS tracking services, wherever compatible.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online research.




- Schedule online demonstrations and follow up with interested schools.
- Convince school management to adopt the application for their parents.
- Maintain lead details, follow-ups, and sales reports in Excel or CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for onboarding and implementation.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telesales, education sales, SaaS, or software sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident telephone communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and Excel.
- Ability to follow up consistently and close sales.
