Job Overview :

We are looking for Presentable, Positive-speaking skill, and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our team in Indore. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, addressing inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients from provided databases.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Hindi / English
- Maintain follow-up logs and update lead statuses regularly.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and active engagement over phone calls.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, voice process, or customer service.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, positive phone demeanor, and active listening skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
