Hiring: Tele Sales Executive

Salary: ₹24,000 CTC per month

In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹20,000 per month

We are hiring energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives for our customer engagement and sales team in Bengaluru.

The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, explain services and offers, convert inquiries into bookings, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidates with prior telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or call center experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Convert customer inquiries into bookings and sales.
- Explain services, offers, and promotional details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers to improve sales conversions.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.




- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales / Telemarketing OR 1 year in Customer Support / Call Center.
- Languages: Good spoken English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Solid verbal communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

Shift Timings & Work Schedule
- 9-hour rotational shifts.
- Shift window: 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
- Weekend and festival-day working may be required.
- Candidates must be flexible with rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly CTC: ₹24,000.
- Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹20,000.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with prior telesales experience will be given preference. Customer support and call center candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and demonstrate strong communication and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
