Job Role

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will contact potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, understand their business needs, and convert enquiries into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to business owners and prospective clients.

- Introduce and promote our digital marketing services (Meta ads, lead generation, social media management, content creation, etc.) professionally.

- Understand each client’s business goals and recommend suitable service packages.

- Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into clients.

- Handle objections confidently and offer effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Follow company sales processes and quality standards.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken communication skills in Malayalam and English (additional languages such as Hindi or Tamil are an advantage).

- Robust communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.





- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, BPO, or digital marketing sales is an added advantage.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
