Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of telesales experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to interact with customers and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through outbound and inbound telesales calls.
- Promote and sell health insurance products to potential customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.




- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

- Basic computer knowledge.
