Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote insurance policies and upsell existing ones.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance, including number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Robust skills in cold calling, credit card sales, domestic sales, inside sales, insurance sales, outbound calling, outbound telesales, upselling.
