About the Role

We are looking for qualified and patient-focused Telemedicine Physicians to provide high-quality medical consultations through our digital healthcare platform.

The physician will evaluate patients remotely, understand their medical concerns, provide appropriate clinical guidance, prescribe medications when clinically appropriate, recommend investigations or follow-up care, and refer patients for in-person evaluation when required.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using digital healthcare technology and delivering professional, patient-centered care through virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation

Conduct consultations through video, audio, or other approved telemedicine channels.

Obtain relevant patient history and understand the patient's presenting concerns.

Perform appropriate clinical assessment based on information available through telemedicine.

Provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and follow-up guidance within the physician's scope of practice.

Identify patients who require in-person evaluation, emergency care, or specialist referral.

Communicate clearly with patients and explain their condition, treatment options, and next steps.

Prescription & Clinical Documentation

Issue prescriptions when clinically appropriate and permitted under applicable requirements.

Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation for every consultation.

Document relevant medical history, assessment, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up instructions.

Maintain appropriate confidentiality and security of patient information.

Patient Safety & Quality





Follow applicable Indian telemedicine standards, qualified requirements, and clinical best practices.

Prioritize patient safety during every consultation.

Avoid providing remote care when adequate clinical assessment cannot reasonably be performed through telemedicine.

Recognize red-flag symptoms and appropriately escalate or refer patients.

Provide appropriate follow-up recommendations when required.

Platform Responsibilities

Use the telemedicine platform professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate availability and appointment schedules.

Respond to consultations within the agreed service timelines.

Maintain professional communication with patients through the platform.

Provide feedback to the platform team regarding technical or clinical workflow issues.

Qualifications

MBBS / MD / DNB or equivalent medical qualification recognized in India.

Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or applicable State Medical Council, as required.

Relevant clinical experience preferred.

Previous experience in telemedicine or digital healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and/or relevant Indian languages.

Comfortable using smartphones, computers, video consultation systems, and digital medical records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
