Customer Care Executive Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with customers and assist with appointment and service bookings.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and friendly communication.

Achieve assigned performance and service targets.

Requirements

Any Graduate / Graduate in Any Discipline.

Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 15,000 per month
