Hiring: Telecaller – Sales & Marketing

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 2+ years in Telecalling / Sales Calling

Education: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls using company-provided customer data.
- Explain company services and understand customer requirements.
- Identify interested prospects and conduct follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments with interested customers.
- Maintain call, lead, follow-up, and appointment records.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for scheduled appointments.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Word & computer operations.
- Finance/financial services knowledge will be preferred.
- Confident, polite, and qualified over the phone.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
