We're hiring a Telecaller – Pre-Sales | Rohaan Constructions | Chennai

Rohaan Constructions Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers – Pre-Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team in Chennai.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who enjoy communicating with people, understanding customer needs, and helping prospective homebuyers find their ideal home.

What you'll do:

→ Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database

→ Introduce our residential projects and explain apartment configurations, amenities and key features

→ Understand customer requirements, budgets, location preferences and buying timelines

→ Generate qualified leads through effective customer conversations

→ Follow up with prospective homebuyers and maintain regular communication

→ Schedule and confirm property site visits for the sales team

→ Answer customer queries and provide accurate project information

→ Update lead details, call outcomes and follow-up activities in the CRM

→ Coordinate with the sales team to nurture prospects and support sales conversions

→ Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation and site visit targets

→ Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships

→ Ensure accurate lead tracking and timely follow-ups

Who we're looking for:

✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

✔️ Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree

✔️ Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication is preferred

✔️ Previous experience in telecalling, pre-sales, real estate or customer service is an advantage





✔️ Strong listening, customer handling and convincing skills

✔️ Ability to manage follow-ups and handle customer enquiries professionally

✔️ Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage

✔️ Positive attitude, confidence and a target-oriented mindset

✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team

✔️ Interest in sales, marketing and the real estate industry

→ Consistent daily calling and customer engagement

→ Qualified leads generated through effective conversations

→ Timely follow-ups with prospective homebuyers

→ Site visits scheduled and confirmed

→ Accurate CRM updates and lead tracking

→ Strong coordination with the sales team
