Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to support the marketing team by contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and promoting the company's services and offerings over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, schools, colleges, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other prospective customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's services, offers, packages, and promotional activities to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through telecalling.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales.
- Coordinate with marketing executives for lead sharing, field visits, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets and lead-generation goals.




- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the marketing team.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any graduate.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer queries, follow up consistently, and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate A confident and target-oriented individual with solid communication skills and an interest in customer engagement, lead generation, and marketing support.
