We are hiring candidates with prior experience in sales who will be responsible for connecting with customers looking to sell their cars . The role involves understanding customer expectations, negotiating pricing, and driving successful deal closures over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers interested in selling their cars
- Understand customer requirements and expectations on pricing
- Negotiate effectively to close deals
- Handle end-to-end closure process over calls
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates
- Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
Eligibility Criteria (Strict)
- 110 years of experience in sales (preferred: telesales / inside sales / automotive sales)
- Robust communication skills in Hindi and English Mandatory
- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of automobiles is a plus (not mandatory)
