HIRING for TELE COUNSELOR - Education Industry

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - 30,000

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 1-4 Years (Tele-counseling / Telesales) | Freshers - Internship Only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details (MBBS India/Abroad, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, BPT etc.)
2. Counsel students on call as per their interest & budget and solve their queries
3. Regular follow-up with leads and push for center visit / online counselling
4. Maintain call records & follow-up status in CRM / Excel daily
5. Achieve daily / weekly targets of visits and admission support

Requirements:

- Experience in Tele-counseling / Telesales / Education Sales




- Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi / English)
- Basic Computer & CRM knowledge - Target-oriented & Positive attitude
- Laptop + WiFi mandatory for WFH
