Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic Tele Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, and generating leads through effective communication over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the team.

Qualifications:




- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
