– Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle patient inquiries.
- Explain IVF and fertility services to prospective patients.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Schedule doctor consultations and maintain patient records.
- Achieve calling and appointment-booking targets.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Graduate with prior experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Telecalling or healthcare experience preferred; freshers may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and robust follow-up skills.
