Top-10 Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products, services, and ongoing offers effectively.

Follow up with customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain and update customer records in the database.





Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.

Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Customer-centric approach with a positive and energetic attitude.
