Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Job Location: Hatoj, Kalwar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMI payments.
- Remind customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment commitments.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment-related information professionally.
- Maintain daily calling records, payment commitments, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the field collection team to update customer payment status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are an advantage.




- Ability to handle customers professionally and work toward targets.
- Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, loan collection, or telecalling will be preferred.
