Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO sales or telemarketing industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle domestic calls effectively.
- Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of finance industry trends and products would be an added advantage.
