Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to connect with customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and support sales growth.
