About the Role

We are looking for friendly, confident, and hardworking Telecallers to join our team!

In this role, you will call people who are interested in moving, working, studying, or settled abroad. Your main job is to talk to them politely, understand what they need, and invite them to meet our visa experts.

No complex sales required! We will train you on everything you need to know.

What You Will Do Every Day (Responsibilities)

Call Potential Clients: Reach out to people who have submitted inquiries online or shown interest in going abroad.

Understand Their Goals: Ask basic questions to find out which country they want to go to and why

Explain Our Services Simply: Briefly tell them how our company can help them with their visa process.

Book Appointments: Encourage interested callers to visit our office or schedule an online meeting with our senior immigration consultants.

Follow Up: Keep in touch with people who asked you to call back later.

Maintain Records: Write down basic notes from your calls in our simple system (like name, country interest, and call result).

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Experience:



Freshers are welcome! (1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus).

Languages: Good speaking skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Punjabi].

Communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking style.

Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to use basic phone systems, Excel, or simple software.

Positive Attitude: Helpful nature and patience while talking to clients.
