- Maintain and update a daily log of customer interactions and call statuses in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly,

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board. Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Technical Requirement: Mandatory own laptop/PC with a stable high-speed internet connection and a working headset.
