Job Overview:

We are seeking a Telecaller who will be the voice of Medjeex, engaging with prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses, address their queries, and guide them in their decision-making process. The role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a student-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain our courses and offerings.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our programs.
- Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-ups in the database/CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents to encourage enrollment.
- Resolve any queries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.




- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth communication and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand student/parent needs.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure conversions.
