We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to generate leads, communicate with potential customers, and promote our solar energy solutions. The candidate should have positive communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Job Details

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced
- Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Hyderabad
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: Based on experience and interview
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate solar leads.
- Explain solar products, benefits, installation services, and available subsidy information.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant information about solar solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the Sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status in Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead information.

Requirements & Skills
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and mobile applications.
- Confident telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and achieve results.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Solar industry or telecalling experience will be an advantage.
