Position: Telecalling Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Work Location: Chennai

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Qualification: Any Degree / 12th Pass

Salary: As per company norms

Job Purpose To contact customers over the phone, explain company products, generate sales enquiries, and support the Sales & Marketing team in developing business.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Explain company products, including bright steel bars, and understand customer requirements.
- Generate new sales enquiries and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending enquiries.
- Share customer requirements with the Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Maintain daily call records and customer details.




- Update customer information and follow-up status in Excel or ERP.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Dispatch team for order-related updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Communicate politely and maintain good relationships with customers.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Patience, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up regularly and achieve targets.
