We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Telecaller executives to manage front desk operations and handle outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a pleasant personality to represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with existing customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
