We are hiring a confident and target-oriented Telecaller Executive with excellent communication, convincing, and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote salon services, packages, and offers.
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments, bookings, and sales.
- Follow up with customers to drive repeat visits and increase revenue.
- Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, lead generation, and conversion abilities.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication required.
- Telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused.

Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
