Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up status in Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Required Skills





- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer objections politely.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
