Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain Playzone products, including playground equipment, indoor play systems, outdoor gym equipment, and school furniture.
- Handle customer enquiries, share product catalogues, and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, and installation teams.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after sales support.
- Identify current business opportunities through schools, play schools, resorts, hotels, and dealers.
- Update lead status and customer details in Excel or CRM software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
