Job Role: Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain company products, services, and real estate projects to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule home appointments and site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into appointments and bookings.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil.




- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
